Parking at San Diego International Airport is
conveniently located outside each of the three
terminal buildings. Motorists can
park on-site for short-term and long-term periods (up to 30 days). Long-term
parking is also available on a daily basis and can be a useful option,
especially during busy holiday travel periods when on-site parking is at
capacity.
There are two fast payment options:
1. The automated Express Parking pay stations located
outside
Terminal 1 and Terminal 2
2. The fully-staffed payment booths at the exit gates
of each parking lot. Both payment areas accept cash and major credit cards (VISA,
Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club). For your
convenience, several ATM machines are located within each terminal.

Curbside Drop-Offs, Parking and Pick Up
Peak travel times bring additional passengers. Please
remember that curb fronts are reserved for active loading and unloading only.
This policy is in accordance with recent heightened security measures and
will be strictly enforced by Airport personnel.
Curbside parking is never permitted at San Diego
International Airport. Stopping times at the curb for loading and unloading
should be brief. Increased security measures require that unattended
vehicles and vehicles in “No Parking” areas will be ticketed and may be
towed.
When picking up arriving travelers, plan to park in
one of the Airport's nearby short-term lots. From there, meet your arriving
party at a pre-designated location, such as the Baggage Claim areas.
