Airport Parking
Be Prepared:
Allow more time to park, especially on the peak travel days (Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday). Additionally, Sundays and days preceding and after
holidays are exceptionally busy.

Follow the Lead: Follow directions of CLT Parking
Attendants stationed in lots to assist parkers during peak usage times.
FREE
CELL PHONE LOT
Wait in your vehicle and ask your passenger to contact you via cell phone
when they claim their luggage, then drive to the Baggage Claim Area to pick
them up.
Directions: To access the lot, stay in the right lane past the airport sign,
then follow signage to the rental car area, turn left at the stop sign. The
Cell Phone Lot is located immediately to your left.

HOURLY PARKING
Rate: Free for the first 30 minutes; and $1.00
per 30 minutes; Maximum daily rate of $16.00.
This area should only be used for picking up or
dropping off passengers. Due to limited space availability, traveling
passengers parking their cars at the airport should use other parking
options.
Directions: Hourly Parking is located in front of the airport terminal.

DAILY PARKING
Rate: $1.00 per hour with a maximum daily rate of $6.00.
This short-term lot should be used for traveling
passengers leaving their car at the airport for 24 hours or more. Daily
Parking includes a surface lot and deck and is located within walking
distance of the terminal. Shuttle service is provided.
Directions: To access Daily parking, stay in the left lane past the airport
sign, and take the first entrance on the left.

Long Term Parking is designed for travelers
parking 48 hours or longer. For added convenience, you may drop your luggage
off with a skycap on the Ticketing level, then drive and park in a Long Term
parking lot and ride the parking shuttle to the terminal.
Directions: Long Term Parking is located on Little Rock Rd., between Old
Dowd Rd. and Wilkinson Blvd. The lots can be accessed from Josh Birmingham
Parkway by turning right on Old Dowd Road, at the stop light. To access
Long Term Parking from the terminal, travel to the stoplight and turn left,
then right at the next stop sign.
Remote Parking is located on the right of the
airport entrance road as passengers approach the terminal. Passengers should
remain in the right lane and bear right as indicated by the overhead signs.

CURBSIDE VALET
Rate: $4.00 for the first 30 minutes, $1.00 for
each additional hour with a maximum daily rate of $19.00. Curbside Valet
Parking is available at the East End of the Ticketing/Upper Level and offers
exceptional convenience. Leave your vehicle with the valet representative
for parking, and upon return, come back to Curbside Valet to have your car
returned to you.
Discounted Valet Service: During periods of
limited parking availability, CLT may provide the Valet Service at a
discounted rate

BUSINESS VALET
Rate: $4.00 for the
first 30 minutes, $1 each additional 30 minutes and $10 per 24 hour period.
Business Valet Parking is a straight shot from the
Center
City, located
at the corner of
Wilkinson Boulevard and
Harlee Avenue. Just give
the
attendant your keys, and your
vehicle will be parked in a secure, well-lit lot while you travel to the
terminal on a designated shuttle. When
you return from your trip, call Business Valet
at 704.394.6224 from your cell
phone and your car will be waiting - just go to Curbside Valet (east end of
Ticketing Level) to pick up the Business Valet shuttle.
OVERFLOW
PARKING
Open only when all lots are closed—special one
time rate.
During periods of high parking demand, all parking lots may be at capacity.
During this time, CLT will open its Overflow parking area, located on Old Dowd
Rd. Signage will be placed at the intersection of Old Dowd and Josh Birmingham
Parkway, and at the Long Term lots directing customers to Overflow Parking.

CLT Parking Attendants
As part of our SmartPark program and efforts to provide you with
convenience when parking a CLT, we have stationed several Parking Attendants
in our lots during peak travel times. Our courteous and helpful Parking
Attendants can provide you with information about where to park and which
lots are currently filled to capacity or closed.
